Vinyl Foundation Vent
InsulVent consists of housing, door, screen, and styrofoam blocks. All parts are replaceable. Made of high quality vinyl designed for exterior use with built-in UV protection that is expected to last for many years against the elements. Front exposure of vent housing is 18 IN x 10 IN. Insert portion measures approximately 15-7/8 IN x 7-7/8 IN. This is the size of a cement block and the vent fits into the space where a cement block is left out of the foundation. The insulation-block insert is 2 IN closed cell expanded polystyrene foam with an 8.8 R-value. Most quality construction glues or cement repair caulk/adhesives can be used to attach InsulVent to the foundation wall. Designed for both new construction and as a replacement vent in existing foundations. Grey in color. Limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Made in the U.S.A.
