An advanced asphalt fortified-polymer, low-VOC blacktop and roof sealant formulated with Kwik Dry technology allowing it to be exposed to water and moisture after only 3 hours without washing out rather than the 24 to 36 hour waiting period other caulks and sealants may require. It keeps out water to prevent ice damage and pavement deterioration. it can be applied in all weather and below freezing temperature applications. It will not crack or shrink, and it provides excellent adhesion, flexibility, and durability for a permanent waterproof seal. It is paintable, low odor, and VOC compliant. ideal for filling and sealing cracks in: Blacktop driveways, chimneys, roof and pipe flashing, repairing minor roof leaks, shingles and gutters, spotting shingle tabs, other asphalt surfaces, parking lots, playgrounds, tennis courts, basketball courts, pavement, and corrugated roofing. 9.0 fl. oz.
