Bonds old concrete to new. Perfect for concrete patching, resurfacing, and leveling. Just add concrete bonding additive to any cementatious dry mix to maximize adhesion and durability. Suggested use on repairing crackes in steps, walks, driveways and patios, tuck pointing old mortar joints of brick and concrete, resurfacing and leveling of old concrete slabs and walls. Locks in moisture to allow super-strength curing of concrete, stops moisture suction into old concrete. Can be added to or also used as a primer with Web Patch 90, model No. 10314 and No. 63050, and most dry mix repair products. Interior/exterior use. Color: Translucent.No. 02131: Quart
