PRL GRAY CONCRETE SEALER Description
A high-grade acrylic coating designed to provide a long-lasting, durable, and decorative finish to masonry or asphalt. Use to protect and beautify driveways, walkways, patios, garage floors, basements, porches, steps, and brick and masonry walls. Suitable for interior and exterior applications. Resistant to acids, UV light, oil, gas, mildew, and alkali. Concrete must have cured at least 45 days prior to application. Most horizontal concrete surfaces require etching and thorough rinsing. Asphalt must be clean and not freshly seal coated before application. Painted surfaces must be clean and sound. Loose, peeling, or blistering paint must be removed prior to application. Thin only on horizontal concrete applications. Do not thin the sealer on vertical applications, asphalt, or painted surfaces. Use water if thinning is necessary at the rate of 1 pint per gallon. Do not thin the second coat. Dries to touch in 30 minutes, for light traffic and recoating in 2 hours and for heavy traffic in 48 to 96 hours. Apply sealer by brush, roller, or sprayer.
